About DVD Your Memories

Instead of a history lesson on DVD Your Memories, below you will find the dedicated individuals that make up our company.

Chuck Temple

Co-Founder

Chuck Temple has been experimenting with technology ever since he was a child trying to play a 3 1/2 inch floppy on a record player! He and his good friend, Benjamin, started DVD-Photo-Memories.com, which was later re-named DVD Your Memories, during a project transferring DVD's for a local film festival. He realized the need for a local image scanning and video conversion service and discovered that his skill set was uniquely tailored to such a business.

Chuck's experience with technology ranges from C++ programming to PBX telephone systems, and from web design and internet marketing to mathematical modeling. His wide-angle and macro thinking provides a tremendously successful perspective to running a media transfer company and achieving measurable business development goals. As a cum laude graduate of San Diego State University in Psychology with a minor in religious studies, Chuck is attuned to the human value of preserving family memories and to the importance of providing respectful, thorough, and genuine customer service.

Although it is my dedicated employees (past and present) that make this company run, here are some of the non-employees that have given me the most help since starting DVD Your Memories.

Bryan Clark

Operations Manager

Bryan Clark has been working with computers for 19 years. He's worked as a network administrator in Poway for both an international printing company and a major building framing company; troubleshooting Operating Systems in Japanese, fixing computer guided power saws, and generally "nerding out" are all second nature to him.

He also does discounted work as a technical consultant at Mount Miguel Covenant Village, a retirement center in Spring Valley. He has gone to school for both audio and video editing, and is very passionate about music. Bryan does a lot of DVD Your Memories' general tech support, research, and maintenance, in addition to planning and opening our new locations. It is said he is more awesome than the best qualities of the Highlander, Uncle Jesse from Full House, and Clint Eastwood combined.

Also taking on the challenge of DVD Your Memories biggest project! The digitization of the City of Irvine's meetings from the 70's till present day. In 2011 Richard was promoted to Director of Training. Where he imparts his passion and expertise to the future employees of DVD Your Memories. In his free time Richard enjoys reading, gaming, and traveling.

Brandi Mitchell

Bookkeeper and Business Development

Brandi Mitchell was a customer of DVD Your Memories when we hired her as our in-house bookkeeper and business assistant. She used her family home videos on DVD as "in-van entertainment" during a long drive the previous summer. As a result of "DVD-ing" her memories, she discovered that her kids love watching videos of themselves as babies (better than Sponge Bob!) and we found an employee who shares our company's vision! She is committed to documenting her life and family history through the lens of her digital SLR camera. Her family and friends love the updates to her online photo and video gallery and enjoy flipping the pages of her custom photo books at home. She is known around here for assigning office "theme days" (with required snapshots), recounting tales of her two young children's latest discoveries ("Mom, I know leprechaun's exist, but, come on, is there really a Solar System?!"), and final score announcements from her weekly women's league soccer games. Brandi has fifteen years of professional experience in small business management, customer service, and bookkeeping, and is a graduate of French Language and International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Her interests, skills and enthusiasm for capturing the sights and sounds of the present and past make her a fantastic fit for the DVD Your Memories team!

Best Memory: Family trip to Sedona, Arizona about seven years ago. Dad figured it would be a great idea to take the rental car on a designated off-road trail. Turns out it was meant for cars that could really go off-road. There is a home video somewhere with myself "praying" that we make it down the big drop. The rest of my family was totally calm. Now if only I could find this video, I would definitely DVD this memory.
