In addition to receiving the most professional media transfer services available in your area, you can also save time and fuel by letting us come to you. The ‘DVD Your Memories Experience’ is about local access to the Technician who will process your precious memories. You’ll get the same communication and customization, with the added convenience of pick-up and delivery—at no additional cost! (Of course, we still offer a central, freeway-close San Diego office location as well as extended evening and weekend hours, if you prefer to visit us.) Ready to schedule?

Local Pickup Information

How it Works

1. Find what your pickup zone is by entering your zip code below and clicking submit.

2. Call us to arrange a pick up of your order (858-503-7965).

3. One of our friendly technicians will ask you a few questions about your order and get your basic information.

4. Later that day you will receive an email with the time and date of your pickup.

5. You reply confirming the pickup.

6. Our company driver will arrive and pick up your order at the date, time and location specified in your email (please note that for our Free Pickup Service the company driver will be unable to answer questions related to the details of your order. If you would like help on-site, please ask us about a separate service to have a technician come to your house to consult with you about your order.)

7. Within 24 hours a store technician will look over your order, count everything and then call you to go over the details (we ask for a 50% deposit on orders over $100).

8. After the order is finished you will be notified of completion and asked to pay the remaining balance of the order.

9. We drive back to you and drop off your order.

10. You are happy!
